TOURS

A selection of pre and post Conference day tours has been designed for delegates and accompanying persons by Conexion Event Management (License 2TA 6025). All tours include entry fees unless otherwise specified and are based on a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not achieved, alternative arrangements will be made or payments will be refunded in full.

Tours Cancellation penalty: Prior to 20 April 2010 50% cancellation fee applies, after 20 April 2010 tours are non refundable.

All sightseeing commentary will be in English and we advise that participants wear comfortable shoes and clothing and for any outdoor tours we recommend that participants bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.

Sydney City and Beaches Tour ½ Day - (Afternoon) AUD70 per person

A fantastic guided tour to get a fundamental understanding of Sydney. For the best introduction in just 4 hours, you will travel from your hotel to the beaches taking advantage of many photo opportunities passing major icons, quaint villages, beautiful scenery and discovering Sydney's wonderful 'story' from 1788 until present. Visiting the following city highlights: the old sandstone buildings in the Rocks, the magnificent Harbour Bridge & Opera House, the infamous Kings Cross, buzzing China Town, see magnificent harbour views from The Gap, the iconic Bondi Beach, historic Paddington, Fish Markets, Darling Harbour, Double Bay, Darlinghurst and Watsons Bay.

Blue Mountain Day Trip - AUD140 per person

Explore one of Australia's World Heritage listed areas. Stretching over one million hectares the Blue Mountains is an inspiring mix of rainforest, canyons and tall forests. This rugged and beautiful region forms part of the Great Dividing Range, dividing coastal cities from the vast outback. Get up close to koala's, kangaroos, wallabies, dingoes, emus and many other Australian wildlife at Featherdale Wildlife Park. It's impossible to get this close to these animals in the wild, so this is the best opportunity to experience our wonderful wildlife first hand. You will also have the opportunity to see kangaroos in the wild. Stop at the best lookouts and see the best views this spectacular region has to offer, including the Three Sisters from Echo Point, Katoomba Falls and the Jamieson Valley. Ride the steepest railway in the world. Walk down into the canyon through beautiful rainforest from Scenic World and catch the train or cable car back up.
