CCT2008 will build on the strong foundations of CCT2006 by creating an environment of exchange and education about Cardiovascular CT. The dynamic conference program will offer delegates a mix of Plenary sessions and vendor run hands-on workshops to ensure the right balance of theory and practical experience.
CCT2008 is an opportunity for industry partners to provide education and training to an audience not distracted by meetings and day to day work, enhancing the value of the training.
The majority of the delegates attending the Cardiovascular CT Conference are specialists in the fields of Radiology and Radiography intent on developing and broadening their skill set. The delegates will be a mix of those wanting training in the systems that they are currently using and those who are considering purchasing equipment and would want to be able to compare different platforms. For this reason the mix of hands-on and plenary sessions is especially important in 2008.
In 2006 delegates were evenly drawn from radiologists and radiographers from both public and private practice. In 2008 we are aiming to retain this mix of delegates but increase the number of participants from interstate and overseas.
CCT2008 will be marketed heavily within Australia and the Asia Pacific region plus targeted approaches to relevant groups in the US and Europe.
The marketing tactics will include the conference website, conference electronic newsletters and advertising in industry publications. In addition, print material will be distributed to the conference database and via related radiology and radiography associations and participation at intervening meetings.
CCT2008 offers the industry both sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to ensure complete marketing exposure throughout the Conference, including verbal and signage recognition, logos on conference material and programs and networking opportunities. Additional exposure is also offered through a collection of print advertising, including the Conference program and pre Conference marketing material.
