Registration

To attend the Cardiovascular CT, Concord Conference 2010, please complete the
on-line registration form or contact the Secretariat for a printed copy of the registration brochure.

Each delegate is required to register individually. Please ensure you read the following text carefully before registering.

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registration will not be confirmed until the full payment is received. Payment can be made by either of the following methods:

  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
  • Cheques made payable to Conexion Event Management
  • International Bank Draft payable to Conexion Event Management. Payment must be in Australian Dollars, payable on an Australian bank and free from all charges

Please note that debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as Conexion Event Management.

Special Requirements

If you have any special dietary or access requirements, please ensure that you complete the appropriate section on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 20 April 2010 will receive a full refund less AUD100 administration charge. Cancellations received on or after 20 April 2010 will not be refunded.

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide details of the substitute in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

Accommodation
All amendments or cancellations to your accommodation booking must be made with the Conference Secretariat and not directly to the hotel. All amendments or cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received after 20 April 2010 will not be refunded their accommodation deposit.

Tours
Tours Cancellation penalty: Prior to 20 April 2010 50% cancellation fee applies, after 20 April 2010 tours are non refundable.
